• Summary

  The “Women in Power” project aims to promote the leadership and empowerment of women working in traditional sectors (textile, footwear and furniture) through training. The project aims to provide women working in these traditional sectors with the skills, knowledge and tools necessary to move forward in their professional careers.

  • Identification of the skills and competencies needed for women in traditional sectors to move forward in their professional careers.
  • Online course aimed at women working in traditional sectors (textile, footwear and furniture) to acquire leadership skills that will help them access executive roles.
