ATTENDANCE AND ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum attendance requirement

To obtain an Ambit Academy diploma or certificate, students must attend at least 75% of the programme, regardless of its delivery format.

Attendance will be monitored throughout the programme according to the delivery format.

  • On-site programmes: Attendance is recorded by signature at each session.
  • Blended and online programmes: Attendance is monitored through automatic registration and activity tracking on the digital learning platform. Connection times at the beginning and end of each session will be recorded, and students must remain connected throughout the session. Otherwise, the session will be counted as an absence.

Absences due to justified reasons (illness or force majeure) must be reported to the programme's Academy Manager within 48 hours, together with supporting documentation.

Justified absences are not considered unauthorised absences but do not exempt students from meeting the mandatory overall attendance requirement of 75%.

Assessment

In addition to meeting the attendance requirement, students must achieve a minimum final mark of 5 out of 10, calculated as the weighted average of the assessment criteria established for each subject or programme.

Short monographic programmes (3–6 hours) are exempt from assessment through the submission of assignments.

Failure to meet the attendance or assessment requirements will result in:

  • Not being awarded the Ambit Academy diploma or certificate.
  • The possibility of requesting a certificate of attendance (only if attendance exceeds 50% of the programme).
  • No refund of the registration fee, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.

Ambit Academy issues the following credentials according to the fulfilment of the established requirements.

Ambit Academy Diploma

Delivery format:

  • Digital format: PDF diploma sent to the email address provided by the student.
  • Printed format: Paper diploma available upon request.

All students awarded an Ambit Academy Diploma are included in the exclusive Alumni Directory, with access to the cluster's professional network and networking events.

  • Maintaining a teaching faculty composed of active industry professionals.
