Summary

FLAME has a dual purpose: on the one hand, to make the furniture sector more attractive to young people and, on the other hand, to facilitate the mobility of workers in the sector, both from other sectors and between European countries.

To this end, FLAME will develop material for basic training in 7 languages for the professional profiles most in demand in the furniture industry. The training material will be developed according to the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) teaching methodology, which will allow workers to acquire the necessary basic knowledge to start their career in the sector, while at the same time learning the necessary terminology to communicate in a foreign language in the context of the sector. This training material will be integrated into a multimedia e-learning platform available in 7 languages.

Summary 

The aim of FAME is to bring Industry 4.0 technologies closer to the furniture sector and other industrial sectors. FAME will analyse the current situation and needs of SMEs regarding “ICT management tools, simulation and smart devices” and will develop training content in these areas (in 5 languages) which will be implemented in a multimedia learning tool.

Summary

EASIMS aims to develop innovative training tools for the "IMS' Manager" (IMS - Integrated Management System of Quality, Environment and Safety) of companies that manufacture furniture and other products of the habitat. The project will develop a training itinerary (Curriculum) for the person in charge of the IMS, the training contents in the management of the processes available online in five languages and a software tool to facilitate the design and implementation of the IMS in the company.

FURN360 aims to identify the necessary skills, competences and knowledge in circular economy for workers in the wood and furniture sector. The project will develop a training itinerary (Curriculum) with its training contents and will implement them in an e-learning platform available to workers and training entities.
